- Guest Bedroom 1: King bed with beach-inspired neutral tones for a relaxing atmosphere.
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed with soft, soothing décor.

Second Floor (Loft)

The loft offers additional privacy with:
- Bedroom 4: This room has a king bed, a private bathroom, and extra space for couples or families who need room to spread out.

Outdoor Features
- Private Pool & Spa: Pool heating is available for an additional fee ($50/day).
- Fully fenced backyard with a gas grill, patio, and fish-cleaning station.
- Front Porch: Perfect for enjoying evening drinks or morning coffee.
