The property is conveniently close to Western Lake's stunning beach and shores.

This comfortable duplex directly faces the gulf, with only a pristine sandy lane separating you from the sparkling, jewel-toned waters just 0.1 miles away. 

Adjacent to Grayton Beach State Park, renowned by Forbes Magazine as one of the most breathtaking beaches in America, you can revel in the shimmering shoreline and emerald waters of the Gulf. At the other end of the village, a small village dock provides a captivating view of Western Lake. This rare coastal dune lake is a natural wonder found only in select locations worldwide.
