Located south of 30A, this custom-built beach house boasts a modern design, ample natural light, and thoughtful details. From its open-concept living area to its serene outdoor spaces, this home is perfect for family gatherings or group vacations.

- Kitchen: Modern and sleek with white cabinets, quartz countertops, a gas stove, and stainless steel appliances.
- Powder Room & Laundry Room: Located off the main living area.

Second Floor 
- Master Bedroom: King bed surrounded by large windows. The cypress wood ceiling adds a cozy charm. En suite includes a double-stone vanity and a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat.
- Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with a shiplap accent wall. En suite includes a double-stone vanity and a walk-in tiled shower.
- Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunk beds accommodate six guests. The en suite includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Outdoor Features
- Outdoor Shower: Fully enclosed with a bench and hooks for convenience.
- Community Pool: Enjoy complimentary access to an extra-large pool lined with palm trees.
- Porches: Relax on the large back porch or the inviting front porch.

The Cottages at Eastern Lake is a newer community offering convenient access to 30A’s best attractions. Located near Water Sound West Beach, this community provides a tranquil setting with amenities such as:
