Over 300ft. of private gulf-front beach in Destin nestled the Southbay by the Gulf. The resort boasts several fine amenities for you to enjoy; including, a 5-acre freshwater lake, lighted tennis courts, two full-sized pools & two kiddie pools, shuffleboard courts, beachside volleyball courts, BBQ grilling pits, & so much more!

Nearby, you can experience some of the finest golf courses, deep-sea fishing adventures, and boat rentals, not to mention the numerous dining & shopping options for you to indulge. Guests can also take advantage of the shuttle service throughout the Destin area!

Important Things To Know:

Parking: Up to 2 vehicles plus first-come-first-serve overflow parking for other vehicles.
Distance to the Beach: 7-minutes walk to the beach across the pedestrian bridge. Right next to the pool! No need to cross 98.
Beach Chairs: Allowed. Not included. Please contact Live The Gulf Coast for other Beach Chairs Rentals
Pool: Yes -Complimentary Pool Access, Not Heated
Golf Carts: Allowed - Not Included. Please contact Live The Gulf Coast for other Golfcart Rentals

Washer and Dryer: Yes - In the unit
Coffee Maker: Yes - Regular
Baby Gear (High Chair & Pack n’ Play): Yes, available pack n' play and highchair
Pets: Allowed - $150 per pet, non-refundable. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Must be under 35 lbs. Breed restrictions apply. No cats.
RESTRICTED BREEDS: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid
NOTE: Per County Ordinance, Dogs (or any pets) are not allowed on the beach. A $100 fine will be issued if violated. Please contact us for dog-friendly activities suggestions in Destin to help you plan your trip with Fido!
